| No, referrals are not required to be treated at our clinic. However, often times we do get letters from family doctors requesting a particular type of treatment for their patient. Feel free to ask your family doctor to write a referral if it will help in communicating with us. We also communicate with a patients family doctor once we begin care in order to provide the best collabrative treatment possible.
We have provided many of the doctors in the area with referral pads so they can effectively communicate their recommendations to our clinic.

| Absolutely!
We at OMNI Chiropractic understand the need for after hours care and are open late to provide after work appointments to our patients.
Walk-in appointments are always welcome. However, please understand that if a patient has called in advance and scheduled an appointment they will get priority during the time they have reserved. It is always a good idea to book an appointment ahead of time if possible. This can be done by phone, online or in person. |

| Yes!
The majority of extended health care and benefit plans have provisions for chiropractic care, acupuncture and massage therapy. If you are unsure of exactly what and how much is covered, our staff will be more than happy to investigate your insurance coverage and let you know the details. |

| The answer to this question really depends on the condition.
At OMNI chiropractic the first step towards any treatment plan is a comprehensive assessment and diagnosis. From there we can give a better idea of how long your treatment will last.
Care is not never-ending. However, many patients will maintain regular visits because they see the benefits the treatments have on their daily lives |
